A: Happy FIsh Hawaii accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We cannot accept cash, checks or COD’s
Q: How long does it take for orders to ship?
A: Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Processing time is dependent on overall order volume.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on that Monday
Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: If an item is out of stock on our website, our inventory system should prevent you from being able to order it. Yet, at times, items sell very quickly and we may be unable to fill the request. If this happens, you will be notified via telephone or email (depending on what contact information you have provided). We can hold your order in full until the item becomes available, we can make a substitution for the unavailable item, or we can refund the item and ship any remaining items on the order. You will be contacted as soon as we are aware of the inventory discrepancy, within 48 hours of the time the order is placed.
Q: What if I do not receive my order
A: If you do not receive your order, please email or call us at 661-927-7335 so we can check the tracking.
Q. What if an item I want is out of stock?
A. We are constantly updating out merchandise and although this is a rare occurrence it does happen. If an item is out of stock check back very soon, we should have it back in stock within a week.
